
About the Program
The UF/IFAS Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources develops leaders to ensure a strong and adaptable Florida agriculture and natural resources industry for generations to come. The program includes 11 educational seminars over a 22-month period. Each seminar contains leadership skill building, ANR issues education and exposure to cultural, social, political and economic issues. Nine seminars are held in locations throughout Florida. There is one national seminar held in Washington, DC and one other region of the country. The capstone experience is a two-week international seminar.
