What is IAPAL?

IAPAL stands for International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leaders. It includes leadership programs in the United States and several other countries around the world. Most programs that are members of IAPAL consist of a two-year curriculum designed for up to 30 key leaders selected through an application process. IAPAL encourages emerging and established agricultural and rural leaders to consider applying for the next program offering. We also encourage corporations, small businesses, foundations, organizations and individuals dedicated to our cause to invest in the future by contributing financial support to the program(s) of your choice.​
